Roasted Strawberry Whipped Cream Recipe

This roasted strawberry whipped cream is rich, fluffy, and bursting with deep caramelized strawberry flavor. Perfect for topping cakes, pancakes, or simply enjoying with a spoon!


Ingredients:

For the Roasted Strawberries:

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

For the Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Roast the Strawberries:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the strawberries evenly.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with vanilla extract.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until soft and caramelized.
  5. Let the strawberries cool completely, then mash or blend into a smooth purée.

2. Make the Whipped Cream:

  1. In a chilled mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the roasted strawberry purée until combined.
  3. Whip for another 30 seconds until smooth and fluffy.

Tips for Perfect Whipped Cream:

✅ Use cold heavy cream for better whipping.
✅ Do not overbeat—stop once soft peaks hold their shape.
✅ Chill the bowl and beaters for the fluffiest texture.
✅ Add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
